We are happy to provide out patients with a properly coded insurance-ready bill to submit to their insurance company for any re-reimbursement - we do not bill insurance directly. Call your insurance company and ask the following questions to get an idea of the coverage. That said, our fees are very reasonable and affordable. We accept FSA, HSA and all credit cards.
